FedBot Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By inviting, accessing, or using FedBot ("the Bot" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service. FedBot operates through the Discord platform and requires a valid Discord account to use.
2. Description of Service
FedBot is a Discord moderation and federation system that allows communities to share security alerts and moderation information across servers. Features may include: federation alerts, shared moderation intelligence, administrative dashboards, and server security tooling. The service may change, improve, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to: abuse the service, submit knowingly false alerts, harass or target individuals maliciously, attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the system, or circumvent moderation controls. FedBot administrators reserve the right to remove access or restrict use of the service if abuse is detected.
4. Federation Network Responsibility
Servers participating in a federation may share moderation alerts about users. FedBot does not verify the accuracy of alerts submitted by server moderators. Each server administrator is responsible for how they interpret and act on federation alerts.
5. Availability
FedBot is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, reliability, or continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily interrupt service.
6. Limitation of Liability
FedBot developers are not responsible for: actions taken by server moderators, incorrect or malicious alerts submitted by users, loss of data or service interruptions, or decisions made based on federation information.
7. Termination
Access to the service may be suspended or revoked at any time for violations of these Terms. Servers that abuse the federation network may be removed from the system.
8. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
